Underground: Explorations of the Depths
Show · Wednesday, November 4 · 15:00 · Metz
La BAM, Boulevard d'Alsace
Sous Terre offers an immersive journey into the mysteries of the underground world, blending cave exploration and poetic archaeology. Through documentary narratives and portraits of people fascinated by the inframonde, the show fuses visual arts, object theatre, music, and video. The stage becomes a workshop where drawings, miniatures, stones, rust, testimonies and a thunderous snare drum coexist, while the camera—sometimes a headlamp, sometimes a microscope—reveals unsuspected details. Between raw realism and dream, Sous Terre asks: when we dig, what do we discover?
