Eddy L. Harris is an American essayist and documentary filmmaker. As a writer, he became known with Mississippi Solo, a account of his canoe journey of over 4,000 km on the Mississippi in the 1980s, translated into French in 2020. For the needs of a documentary, he recently retraced the route of this story, rekindling his memory and leading him to publish a new narrative: The Mississippi in the Skin. > see all the books by Eddy L.
