Concert by Mikaël Guerrand

1 rue Henri Sergent, Théâtre Georges Madec

Mikaël Guerrand, a Breton musician, covers folk, pop and rock and also masters many great standards (Johnny Cash, Bruce Springsteen, The Doors). He likes contrasts, sometimes sombre lyrics over energetic rock or upbeat music, but never lets the mood sink in a concert. To achieve this, he surrounds himself with his trusted colleagues for the arrangements: drummer Herri Loquet, keyboardist F Duhamel and bassist F Prigent. Mikaël has opened for Graeme Allwright and for the vocal look-alike of Johnny Hallyday, Jean-Baptiste Guégan, on a previous occasion.
