The Saint-Jacques Neighborhood House offers a time for yourself and with peers called the "Parents' Break". Without a rigid agenda or imposed theme, this workshop allows you to freely discuss the joys and challenges of daily parenting, share tips, or simply chat in a caring, non-judgmental atmosphere.
