Talking about water is talking about agriculture, environment, landscapes and our shared future. Banquet de lettres et d’eau brings together letters written by residents and farmers of Pays Loire Beauce, giving voice to water, living beings and those who depend on it. Between readings, songs and photographs, the show offers a plural voice on the uses of water, where concerns, hopes, attachment to the territory and the desire to transmit a common essential good mingle.
