At La Papote, we push the tables, take out the plates, and everyone brings a dish to share: homemade salad, a butter-scented tart, family specialty or a simple improvised picnic. No matter the recipe, the essential is to fill the table with colors and flavors. We place our dish in the middle, help ourselves from others, and soon the room becomes a true collaborative buffet where everyone brings a part of themselves.
