Emancipation through dance. From his exile from Cameroon to his life as a dancer, Jacky Medefo refuses any label. Magda Kachouche imagines for him a solo at the crossroads of ancestral African dances and popular cultures, from waacking to MTV clips. Magnetic and radiant, Jacky carves his own trajectory: A turning point for Jacky shatters all borders. • A program by Gymnase CDCN in partnership with La Piscine – Musée d’art et d’industrie
