As in cinema or painting, one can wonder what happens before or after or outside of these 'Animal Chats, Part II'. About fifty works selected by three curators will try to answer these questions. Animal Chats, could it be a dialogue among animals as imagined in the 18th and 19th centuries, parodying humans, dogs dressed as men in a talking scene (La Fontaine, caricaturists), or perhaps men turned into animals (Kafkaesque – The Metamorphosis, Arcimboldo, Fussli)?
