Based on a poetic text written and read by Guillaume Barborini, which evokes both ecology and philosophy, the dancer and choreographer Camilla Cason unfurls a hand-braided cord. Here words and gestures, guided by the cord, open to the imagination. At different epochs, among different peoples, cords have been used as tools of memory—accounting, popular, cosmological memories that are revived and told through the manipulation of these cords.
