Brasserie The Baboon: Food, beers & good vibes guaranteed! EBF Foodtruck: specialist in artisanal burgers, homemade with fresh ingredients, 100% French fries and burger buns made by me. Brasserie La Baboon, an artisanal brewery founded on August 14, 2014 by two young baboons in search of taste and novelty. Armed with centuries-old know-how handed down by their ancestors and their cercopithecine grandmothers, they naturally turned to beer production.
