Butoh Introductory Workshop
Show · Sunday, November 29 · 10:00 · Paris
Lafayette Anticipations, 9 rue du Plâtre
At the heart of Yu Nishimura's exhibition, participate in an initiation workshop to butoh led by the Japanese dancer and choreographer Juju Alishina! Originating in Japan, Butoh is a corporeal practice in which body movements are guided by an inner force emerging from memory, nature and emotions. Accessible to all, this workshop invites you to explore the exhibition differently, in listening, presence and movement. Please wear comfortable clothing, loose garments and a pair of socks.
