Who are the workers who sow, plant, water, tend, grow, harvest and sell what ends up on our plates? They come from Spain, Morocco, Senegal, Ecuador and all over France to work around Cavaillon, in conditions more or less precarious. Their role is essential and their journeys often remarkable.
