The Marmottan Monet Museum and the Grenoble Museum jointly present an exceptional exhibition devoted to landscape art, from 1890 to the present day. Titled “Histoires de paysages (1890-2026)”, it will be shown in Paris from September 24, 2026 to January 31, 2027, then in Grenoble from March 5 to July 4, 2027. The 20th century, which opens with a world war, rekindles the link between landscape and history. One had thought there was a separation, a triumph of landscape becoming autonomous.
