After visiting seven department media libraries along a circuit that allowed many visitors to discover the richness of the Vosges heritage, the exhibition “D’après nature. Excursion(s) in the Vosges” ends its tour at the Department Archives. This final stage invites us to look anew at the landscapes that surround us, as one would upon returning from a journey. To reproduce landscapes is to observe, to marvel, to preserve the trace of a place. Throughout journeys, excursions or walks, everyone keeps memories: a photograph taken at the detour of a path.
