Why do we decorate a Christmas tree? Why do people say we eat the 'buche' ? Where does Santa Claus come from? And the gifts? And the illuminations: candles, garlands? The Advent wreath? In this singular museum, traditions are not fixed: they are preserved, forgotten, reinvented, sometimes mistreated, always alive.
