There is that magical moment of love blooming, the feeling that anything is possible. And one day the phone rings. Early 80s. Sara, a waitress in a club, meets Hugo, a touching and humorous young man. To the rhythm of Patti Smith and Bowie songs, their love takes shape. They invent together a life made of laughter, dances and motorcycle trips until illness begins to creep into what seemed to be a beginning of a romantic comedy.
