Concertino: Adélaïde Ferrière

Espace culturel du Val Saint-Martin, Rue Jules Ferry

Program: Adélaïde is hailed by the press as a “magician” (Le Monde), a “phenomenon” or a “star of classical percussion” (Radio Classique). Through her concerts, she helps bring the marimba, still rare on classical music stages, to light. Her repertoire, spanning from Bach to contemporary works, highlights the instrument’s rich sonorities. Her playing reveals sounds that are soft, warm, or dazzling.
