Rebozo Discovery Workshop

Workshop led by Juliette Defrance, a doula and Slow Rebozo practitioner. Rebozo is a fabric long used in Latin America to care for women, especially around pregnancy and childbirth. Rocking, wrapping, and gentle movements: nothing complicated, but it feels wonderful—the body relaxes, the mind relaxes too, and one feels carried, relaxed, and soothed.
