Scapin's Trickery

Rue Fernand Cazères, 33200 Bordeaux

Octave and Léandre have taken advantage of their fathers' and mothers' absence to pursue their loves. But when the parents return from a long journey, they discover the frolics of their sons for which they had other marriage plans. All of Scapin's tricks then oppose the parents' will to bend the young people. After Arpagon, Monsieur Jourdain and Argan the hypochondriac, the Compagnie Présence has chosen Scapin to launch its 31st season: another great character—Master-model of Molière's comedies that the young audience will inevitably meet.
